The Mom Collective | Savannah — Favorite Things Giveaway: Official Rules

NO DONATION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A donation will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

  1. Sponsor. The Mom Collective | Savannah, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who live in Georgia and are 18 or older at time of entry. Sponsor's board members, employees, volunteers on the giveaway committee, prize donors' owners, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

  3. Entry period. Begins 12:00 a.m. ET on November 9, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on December 1, 2026.

  4. How to enter. There are two ways to enter:

    • Donation entry: Make a donation and include your name and email. Donations earn entries as follows: $25 = 25 entries; $50 = 75 entries; $100= 200 entries. Donations under $25 are gratefully accepted but do not earn entries.

    • Free entry: Complete the free entry form with your name, email and phone and signing up for newsletter.

  5. Entry limit. Each person may earn a maximum of 200 entries per day (12:00 a.m.–11:59 p.m. ET), by any combination of methods. Entries beyond 200 in a day are void. One free entry form per person per day. Entries from automated means are void.

  6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: a "Favorite Things Holiday Basket". Total approximate retail value (ARV): $1200. No cash substitution; prize is not transferable. Gift cards and services are subject to the donor's terms and expiration dates.

  7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  8. Drawing. On or about December 3, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries. The drawing will be recorded. Sponsor's decisions are final.

  9. Winner notification. The winner will be contacted by email and phone and must respond within 72 hours and sign an eligibility and publicity release (where lawful) or an alternate winner will be selected.

  10. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all taxes. If the prize ARV is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

  11. Donations. Donations are voluntary gifts to Sponsor's charitable mission and are non-refundable. Consult your tax advisor about deductibility.

  12. Release. By entering, participants release Sponsor and prize donors from liability arising from participation or prize use, to the extent permitted by law.

  13. Privacy. Entry information is used to administer the giveaway and, if you opt in, for Sponsor updates. It will not be sold.

  14. Social media. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

  15. Winner's name. For the winner's first name and city, email themomcollectivesavannah@gmail.com after December 8, 2026.

  16. Governing law. Georgia law governs. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned, in a manner consistent with law.
